1) Do you have a catalogue? My designs are all custom made and they constantly keep on changing and therefore I cannot keep my catalogue current. However, I can show you my albums if you make an appointment and pay a visit.

2) Do you offer samples? As I run a custom design studio, my samples are limited. However, I can send five samples for Rs.2500/- with guarantee of the project. However it is necessary to have the samples back within a week. This amount will be deductible from the final price.

3) How do I place an order? You can place an order through the website. Just click on the “Request a Quote” link and fill the information in the form. Please email it to vnparikh2000@yahoo.com along with the wordings.

4) How long will you take to print the Invitations? Production takes approximately 6 weeks from a final sign off proof. I suggest you start 2 months before you’d like to send out your invitations. If at all it is a repeat order, it will take much lesser time.

5) Is it possible to change the font? Ofcourse it is possible. You can change any element as in paper, size, shape etc. and customize your card.

6) Can you create a custom made sample? Yes, if you like to discuss customizing a design or have a completely new design, I could create a custom mockup for you with a charge of Rs. 2500/-  which is again deductible from the final price.

7) What kind of printing do you offer? I generally get my cards screen printed but if a particular design demands offset printing it is possible too. I  also use techniques like foil transfer, embossing and cut- work to give it a unique look.

8) Do you offer Addressing/Calligraphy? I can suggest names of the person who can do it for you.

9) Which other coordinated items can you make? I can make Save the date cards, Thank you cards, RSVPs, Program, place cards, Mangalashtak, gift tags, Stationary and Envelopes (for challa) if you wish to coordinate everything by the theme.

10) How do you accept payments? The designing charges are taken in form of cheque in favour of "Jankiben Memorial Trust" and paper and printing charges can be paid by cheque/cash. We do not accept credit cards.
